No, no, no. Not that kind, y’all, I just had a baby, give me a break!
Baby L and I are still in the hospital. We were supposed to be discharged this morning but her bilirubin levels are slightly higher than they’d like and want to keep her under a phototherapy regiment until it gets down to a level they are comfortable with. So far, there’s nothing to be terribly concerned about, but obviously, MB and I are a wreck. If all goes well today and tonight, we should be discharged tomorrow. The alternative is that she could have to be transferred to another hospital in the area for more treatment but I wouldn’t be admitted. We are really, really, really hopeful this will not be the case (the thought of it makes me want to vomit/cry hysterically) and I ask that you keep us in your thoughts so we can take this little girl home ASAP! Thanks to everyone for the comments and tweets and Bloggie love!!! Hugs!!!
Congrats on your beautiful baby! I will keep you in my thoughts and send many good wishes to your family.
Thank you so much!! We’ll take all we can get! I want to take this sweet thing home!!!
Lots of love being sent your way! You’re going to be home before you know it 🙂
Baby! She’s so cute! Sending you tons of love & Go Home Already thoughts from California.
I am just over the moon with excitement for you two! So hoping you get to go home ASAP so you can be an adorable family together! I’m wishing you some sleep too!! CONGRATULATIONS! She is so cute!
She’s beautiful. 🙂
That lighting makes it look like she should be listening to Iron Butterfly and devouring a bag of Dorito’s.
Good thoughts from Oklahoma for both of you!
A big congratulations to your beautiful daughter. I hope you were allowed to go home. Staying in hospital isn’t what you fancy after having a baby. You just want to go home and start properly as a family.
By the way I’ve given you a Leibster award on my blog…
That has to do with jaundice, right? Super super common. Nothing to fret about, k? So fun! You’re a momma!
Congrats! You’ll be home before you know it. She’s presh! Hope you are feeling well, all things considered.
